1. Who we are
StreamGTS (the “Service”) is operated by AFI LCM AGENCY S.R.L., a company registered in Romania with Trade Register number J2016002057355, tax identification code (CUI) RO36316951, and registered office at Str. Bârzava nr. 11, Dumbrăvița 307160, Timiș County, Romania (“StreamGTS”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
AFI LCM AGENCY S.R.L. is the contracting party for all users, sells all Credits, and is responsible for the Service towards you.
You can contact us at support@streamgts.com or through our contact form.
2. Definitions
- “App” means the StreamGTS desktop multi-streaming application for Microsoft Windows, including any updates, add-ons and components.
- “Website” means streamgts.com and its subdomains, including the user dashboard.
- “Service” means the App, the Website, the dashboards, Tips Battle, Games, competitions, interactive toy integrations, support and every related feature we provide.
- “Platform” means any third-party live streaming or cam website you use together with StreamGTS, whether a Direct Platform or a Virtual Camera Platform as described in Section 7.
- “User”, “you” means any person who accesses or uses the Service, including independent creators and models (“Creators/Models”) and studios, agencies or their staff (“Studios”).
- “Credits” means the virtual units sold or granted inside the Service, used to unlock Paid Options.
- “Free Plan” means free access to the Service, including multi-streaming to the Platforms and the free options described in Section 9.1.
- “Paid Options” means the features, upgrades, battles, Games and promotions that are unlocked by spending Credits, at the Credit price shown for each option.
3. Eligibility and age requirement
The Service is intended exclusively for adults working in or with the live streaming industry. To use it you must:
- be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher;
- have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
- be allowed under the laws of your country to create, broadcast and monetise the content you stream;
- not be barred from using the Service under applicable law or by a previous termination by us.
We may ask you at any time to confirm your age or identity. Where we have reason to believe a User is under 18, we will immediately suspend the account and may report the matter to the competent authorities.
4. Your account
4.1 Account types
StreamGTS offers two types of accounts, each with its own dedicated dashboard:
- Independent User (model) account – for creators and models who stream and manage their activity on their own. The Independent User dashboard lets you manage your profile, Credits balance, purchases, Paid Options, battles and Games.
- Studio / Agency account – for studios and agencies that manage several performers. The Studio dashboard lets the Studio add and manage multiple sub-accounts for its Users, transfer Credits to them, and buy Credits through a dedicated Studio purchase method, as described in Section 5.
Registering a Studio / Agency account. When opening a Studio account, you must provide:
- the Studio or agency name;
- the company billing details: company name, registered address, registration number and VAT/tax identification number, used to issue invoices for Studio purchases;
- a designated contact person who represents the Studio towards StreamGTS, with a valid phone number and contact email address.
The Studio must keep these details accurate and up to date and confirms that the designated person is authorised to act on its behalf. We may contact the designated person about the account, invoices, sub-accounts, compliance with these Terms or security matters.
You choose the account type when you register. If you want to change your account type later, contact us and we will help you, where technically possible.
4.2 General account rules
- To register an Independent User account you only need an active email address; Studio accounts also provide the details listed in Section 4.1. We send an activation link to that address, and you cannot use the Service until your account has been activated through that link. You must keep the email address active and up to date, as we use it for login, account recovery and important notices. Any other information we may ask for (such as a phone number, WhatsApp, Discord or Telegram username) is optional; if you provide it, it must be accurate.
- You may register under a stage name. Your legal name is never published by us.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and login sessions secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@streamgts.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
- Accounts are personal. You may not sell, rent, share or transfer your account or Credits to another person, except for the allocation of Credits within a Studio account as described in Section 5.2.
- One person may not create multiple accounts to abuse free offers, promotions, competitions or Tips Battle rankings.
5. Studio and agency accounts
If you use StreamGTS on behalf of a studio, agency or other business, or manage performers through the Service, you also represent and agree that:
- you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms, and the business is jointly responsible with you for compliance;
- every performer who appears in broadcasts operated through your account is at least 18 years old, has been identity- and age-verified by you in accordance with the applicable law and with the rules of each Platform, and keeps the records required by law;
- every performer participates voluntarily, has given informed consent to the broadcast and to the use of the Service, and is free to stop at any time;
- you hold a lawful basis for any personal data of performers or staff that you enter into the Service, and you have informed them in line with applicable data protection law;
- you comply with all applicable employment, contracting, tax and anti-trafficking laws.
We have zero tolerance for coercion, exploitation or human trafficking. Any indication of such conduct leads to immediate termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
5.1 Sub-accounts under a Studio account
From the Studio dashboard, a Studio or agency account can add and manage multiple sub-accounts for its Users (performers/models). Each User added under a Studio account has their own login, registered and activated with their own email address, and must accept these Terms. The Studio manages these Users from its dashboard and can remove them at any time; a User can also leave the Studio account.
5.2 Studio Credits purchase, transfer and allocation
- Separate purchase method for Studios. Studios buy Credits through a dedicated purchase method available only in the Studio dashboard, separate from the purchase flow for Independent Users. The minimum Studio purchase is EUR 90 (plus VAT). The Studio packages are listed in Section 9.3; the packages, prices, payment options and any Studio-specific conditions in force are shown in the Studio dashboard before purchase. Unless stated otherwise there, the Credit, tax and invoicing rules in Sections 9 and 10 also apply to Studio purchases.
- Credits bought by a Studio are added to the Studio’s Credits balance. The Studio is the purchaser and receives the invoice or proof of payment.
- From the Studio dashboard, the Studio can transfer and allocate Credits from its total balance to the individual Users registered under its account, in the amounts it chooses. Allocated Credits are deducted from the Studio balance and added to that User’s balance, and the User can spend them on Paid Options.
- Allocations are possible only between the Studio and the Users registered under that Studio account. Credits cannot be allocated or transferred to Users outside the Studio account, nor between different Studios.
- The Studio can return unused allocated Credits to its own balance from the dashboard. When a User is removed from or leaves the Studio account, that User’s unused allocated Credits automatically return to the Studio’s balance. Credits a User bought personally remain with that User.
- The recurring-payment bonus for each eligible Studio package is credited to the purchasing Studio account under Section 10.3. It is not granted separately to each model or sub-account.
- The Studio is responsible for how it allocates Credits and for the activity of the Users under its account. Allocations and Credits spending are recorded in the Credits History of the Studio and of each User.
- If the Studio account is closed, the rules in Section 18 apply to the Studio’s Credits and to the unused Credits allocated to its Users.
6. The Service
What StreamGTS is – and what it is not. StreamGTS is a multi-streaming software tool, not a live cam or live streaming platform. It is a desktop application that processes the Creator/Model’s live stream: it takes the images and sound provided by the Creator/Model (from their camera, microphone and other sources on their own computer) and redistributes the live stream, in real time, to the Platforms chosen by the Creator/Model, so that they can broadcast live on those Platforms.
- StreamGTS does not host live shows, chat rooms or audiences, and viewers do not watch broadcasts on StreamGTS. All broadcasts, rooms, chats, viewers, tips and payments to Creators/Models take place on the Platforms.
- StreamGTS does not produce, select, edit, moderate or own the content broadcast by Creators/Models. It only transmits the live stream as a technical tool, on the Creator/Model’s instruction, to the Platforms they choose.
- The Creator/Model decides what is broadcast, when and on which Platforms, and remains solely responsible for the content and for their relationship with each Platform.
Through the App, Creators/Models and Studios manage multi-streaming to several Platforms from one interface. Multi-streaming and a set of basic options are free. Additional features, such as advanced layouts and overlays, Tips Battle, interactive Games, promotional tools and other upgrades, are Paid Options unlocked with Credits.
System requirements. The App works exclusively on Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11. It is not available for macOS, Linux, iOS, Android or other operating systems, and running it through emulators, virtual machines or compatibility layers is not supported. The supported Windows versions and minimum hardware requirements are shown on the Website and on the download page. Before buying Credits, please make sure your computer meets these requirements; incompatibility of your device or operating system is not a technical error of the App under Section 11.4.
The free options, the available Paid Options and their Credit prices are described on the Website and may evolve over time. We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, Platform changes or events beyond our control may cause interruptions.
Main features. Depending on the version of the App, the features include, among others: one-click connection and going live on the Direct Platforms; the StreamGTS Video virtual camera for other Platforms; automatic optimisation of stream settings according to each Platform’s technical requirements; up to 6 cameras and Multi Change Cam; predefined dashboard layouts; Mute any site (muting the audio on selected Platforms while staying live with sound on the others); Background audio; Tips Battle™; Games; interactive toy integrations; and the Studio dashboard. Automatic optimisation and multi-camera performance depend on your computer, internet connection and each Platform’s requirements; we do not guarantee a specific quality, resolution or number of cameras on every configuration.
Background audio and music rights. When you use Background audio, you are solely responsible for having the rights to any music or sound you broadcast. Many Platforms penalise or mute copyrighted music; we recommend using only royalty-free or licensed audio. [If the App includes its own music library, state here that it is royalty-free.] StreamGTS is not responsible for Platform actions caused by audio you choose to broadcast.
Advertising in the App and dashboard. StreamGTS may offer paid advertising space to companies and display advertising banners or sponsored content inside the App and in the dashboards. Advertisements are clearly identified as such. The products and services advertised are offered by the advertisers, not by StreamGTS, and any purchase or interaction with an advertiser is solely between you and the advertiser; StreamGTS is not responsible for the advertisers’ offers, content, websites or practices. Advertising does not affect your broadcasts on the Platforms: StreamGTS does not insert ads into your live stream.
No recording, no Platform passwords. The App processes your audio and video on your own device and sends it directly to the Platforms you select. StreamGTS:
- does not record your live sessions, video or audio, and does not store, view or listen to your broadcasts on our servers or anywhere else. During a Tips Battle, your live image is transmitted in real time to your opponent’s App only to create the side-by-side view, without being recorded or stored (see Section 12);
- does not save your Platform passwords. When you log in to a Platform through the App, you enter your password on that Platform’s own login page; StreamGTS does not collect, store or transmit it. Any login session the Platform creates stays on your device and you can end it at any time by logging out.
7. Third-party streaming platforms
StreamGTS works with Platforms in two ways:
- Direct Platforms – included in StreamGTS for automatic connection, where your broadcast starts directly from the App: Chaturbate, Stripchat, MyFreeCams, BongaCams and CamSoda.
- Virtual Camera Platforms – Platforms that use their own broadcasting software or web interface, where you select the StreamGTS virtual camera, named “StreamGTS Video”, as your video source: for example Xlove, Flirt4Free, LiveJasmin, ImLive, CamContacts, Streamate and any other Platform that accepts a virtual camera as a video source.
The current list of supported Platforms is shown on the Website and in the App and may change over time, as Platforms are added or as a Platform changes its technology. Some features (for example Tips Battle or automatic tip data) may be available only on certain Platforms.
- No affiliation. StreamGTS is an independent product. It is not owned by, affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Chaturbate, Stripchat, MyFreeCams, BongaCams, CamSoda, Xlove, Flirt4Free, LiveJasmin, ImLive, CamContacts, Streamate or any other Platform. Platform names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
- Your Platform accounts. You remain fully responsible for your accounts on each Platform and for complying with each Platform’s terms of service, content rules, model agreements and age-verification requirements. Using StreamGTS does not replace or override any of them.
- Platform changes. Platforms may change their technology, APIs, rules or policies at any time, which may limit or break some StreamGTS features. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt, but we are not responsible for changes made by Platforms, nor for any suspension, penalty, loss of earnings or account action taken by a Platform.
- Earnings and tips. All tips, tokens and earnings are processed and paid by the Platforms, never by StreamGTS. We do not hold, transfer or guarantee your Platform earnings.
- Platform data. When you connect a Platform, you authorise us to access the data needed for the features you use (for example room status, tip events or token totals during a Tips Battle). We process that data as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Software licence
Subject to these Terms and to payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to download, install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your own streaming activity or, for Studios, for the activity of the performers you manage.
You must not, and must not allow anyone else to:
- copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the App, except as permitted by mandatory law;
- decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or try to extract the source code, except to the extent expressly permitted by law;
- remove or bypass licence checks, free-access limits, Credit mechanisms, security or anti-cheat measures;
- resell, rent, lease, distribute, sublicense or offer the App or the Service as a service to third parties;
- use the App to build a competing product, or use bots, scripts or automated means to manipulate the Service.
The App is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
9. Free access, paid options, payments and invoices
9.1 Free Plan
StreamGTS has a single plan: the Free Plan. It is free of charge and includes multi-streaming through the App to the supported Platforms and a set of free options, as described on the Website, including up to 6 cameras for multi-video streaming (depending on your computer’s hardware), Multi Change Cam (switching between cameras in one click from the video preview), predefined dashboard layouts, Mute any site and Background audio. The Free Plan can be used without buying a Credits package or activating recurring payment. There is no mandatory subscription or monthly fee. Recurring payment is optional and applies only to Credits packages. We may add, change or limit free options over time.
9.2 Paid Options unlocked with Credits
To use Paid Options, you buy Credits and spend them inside the App. Each Paid Option has its own Credit price, set according to the option you choose (for example per battle, per Game, per promotion or per upgrade, and where relevant per period of use). The Credit price and what you get for it are shown in the App before you confirm; Credits are deducted only after your confirmation. We may change the Credit price of a Paid Option for the future; Paid Options you have already unlocked are not affected.
9.3 Credit packages and minimum purchase
Credits are sold in packages. One Tips Battle participation costs 30 Credits per participant. The battle counts shown below assume that all Credits are used for Tips Battle; Credits may also be used for other Paid Options. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT. Applicable taxes and the total amount payable are shown before purchase confirmation.
Independent User packages:
| Package | Price (excl. VAT) | Base Credits | Base battles | Recurring-payment bonus | Total with bonus | Battles with bonus |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Start | EUR 30 | 300 | 10 | +60 | 360 | 12 |
| Plus | EUR 50 | 510 | 17 | +210 | 720 | 24 |
| Pro | EUR 70 | 690 | 23 | +390 | 1.080 | 36 |
| Max — Double Credits | EUR 100 | 990 | 33 | +990 | 1.980 | 66 |
The minimum Independent User purchase is EUR 30 and the largest package is EUR 100. The EUR 10 package is not available.
Studio / Agency packages:
| Package | Price (excl. VAT) | Base Credits | Base battles | Recurring-payment bonus | Total with bonus | Battles with bonus |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Studio Start | EUR 90 | 900 | 30 | +450 | 1.350 | 45 |
| Studio Plus | EUR 150 | 1.500 | 50 | +900 | 2.400 | 80 |
| Studio Pro | EUR 210 | 2.100 | 70 | +1.500 | 3.600 | 120 |
| Studio Max — Double Credits | EUR 300 | 3.000 | 100 | +3.000 | 6.000 | 200 |
The minimum Studio purchase is EUR 90 and the largest package is EUR 300.
A one-time purchase grants only the base Credits. The package bonus is granted only for an eligible recurring payment under Sections 9.8 and 10.3. The price is the same for a one-time purchase and for each recurring payment, before applicable taxes.
9.4 Prices and taxes
Credit package prices are shown in EUR, before taxes. Applicable taxes, including VAT, are calculated and displayed before you confirm your purchase.
9.5 Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. and its affiliates), our third-party payment provider. By paying, you also accept Stripe’s terms (stripe.com/legal). We do not store full card details. If you choose recurring payment for a Credits package, the payment is automatically charged every 30 days as described in Section 9.8. A failed payment does not grant Credits or a bonus; the status of the payment and any debit attempts are shown in the dashboard. Your existing Credits balance is not affected by a failed renewal.
9.6 Chargebacks
Credits purchases are refunded only in the cases listed in Section 11.3; technical errors in the App are compensated in Credits under Section 11.4. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first so we can check it and, where it was caused by a technical error, refund it quickly. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without a valid reason is a breach of these Terms and may lead to suspension of the account and removal of the Credits related to that payment, without prejudice to any right you have under mandatory law.
9.7 Invoices and proof of payment
For every Credits purchase you receive an invoice or proof of payment, sent to your account email address and available in your dashboard. Invoices are issued by AFI LCM AGENCY S.R.L.
Business invoices for tax deduction. If you buy Credits for your business and want to deduct the expense, you can enter your company or business details at checkout or in your dashboard (company or business name, registered address, registration number and VAT/tax identification number). The invoice is then issued on your business. Business users in another EU Member State with a valid VAT number may be invoiced without Romanian VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism, where the law allows it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide; please enter them before or at the time of purchase, as an invoice may not be reissued for a different entity after it has been issued, except where the law allows it.
9.8. Activating recurring payment and the 30-day period
Recurring payment is optional and is activated only by the User’s express confirmation at checkout. Before confirmation, the selected package, total amount, base Credits, bonus, billing interval and first renewal date are shown.
The first successful payment after activation grants the package’s base Credits; the bonus is granted only if the payment is eligible under Section 10.3. A 30-day cycle starts when that payment is confirmed. The next payment is scheduled 30 days later, and subsequent payments repeat at the same interval. This is not calendar-month billing.
Each activated package has its own cycle and recurring payment. If you activate more than one package, each is charged separately and receives its own bonus for eligible successful payments.
9.9. A paid package cannot be changed during its current period
A package that has already been paid for cannot be changed, recalculated or converted retroactively before its 30-day period ends.
Any upgrade or downgrade requires purchasing and paying the full price of the new package. The change does not alter Credits already granted and is not a payment of only the difference between packages.
You may choose either activation method in Section 9.10. This package-change rule does not prevent you from separately stopping automatic renewal under Section 9.11.
9.10. Upgrades and downgrades
a) Immediate activation through a new payment
You pay the full price of the new package shown at checkout. Its Credits are granted after payment confirmation, and a new 30-day cycle starts when the payment succeeds.
The previously paid package is not changed retroactively. The existing Credits balance remains in your account under the general rules for Credits.
If the change replaces an existing recurring package, future renewals of the replaced package stop. The next charge for the new package is scheduled 30 days after its successful payment. Other recurring packages that are not replaced are unaffected.
The new package bonus is granted only if recurring payment is activated for it and the payment is eligible. Changing packages does not allow the same package’s bonus to be granted repeatedly within 30 days.
b) Activation starting with the next period
You may schedule the change for the end of the current period. The new package is not charged and no new Credits are granted when the change is scheduled.
On the next renewal date, the new package is charged instead of the previous one. The new package and its 30-day period start after successful payment confirmation.
If the payment does not succeed, the new package does not start and its Credits and bonus are not granted.
Before confirming the change, you will see the selected option, payment amount, activation time, next charge date and the package whose renewal will be replaced.
9.11. Stopping renewal and failed payments
You may stop automatic renewal from the dashboard before the next charge. Stopping renewal does not change a completed purchase or remove Credits or bonuses already validly granted.
If a payment fails, the Credits and bonus for that payment are not granted. The dashboard shows the payment status and any debit attempts. Existing Credits are not affected merely because a renewal failed.
Package-change rules do not limit any mandatory rights of withdrawal, remedies or refunds. Refund requests are handled under Section 11 and applicable law.
10. Credits, welcome bonus and referral programme
- Credits are a limited licence to unlock Paid Options inside the Service. They are not money, not e-money, and not a financial instrument.
- Credit amounts and use. The number of Credits granted is the amount specified for each package in Section 9.3 and shown before payment. There is no universal euro-to-Credits conversion rate for all packages. One Tips Battle participation costs 30 Credits per participant. Applicable taxes are added to the price and do not reduce the number of Credits granted. If you pay in another currency, the payment provider converts the amount to EUR using its exchange rate at the time of payment. Credits cannot be converted back into euros or any other currency. The Credit cost of each feature, upgrade or battle is shown in the App before use.
- Recurring-payment package bonuses. A package bonus is granted only when recurring payment for that package is active and the payment succeeds:
- on the first successful payment after recurring payment is activated; and
- on each eligible successful renewal, once every 30 days. The bonus amount is the one listed for the package in Section 9.3, not a fixed bonus shared by all packages.
- For the model Max package, 990 base Credits plus a 990-Credit bonus equals 1.980 Credits, or 66 participations. For Studio Max, 3.000 base Credits plus a 3.000-Credit bonus equals 6.000 Credits, or 200 participations.
- One-time purchases, including additional purchases between renewals, receive only base Credits and no recurring-payment bonus.
- Bonus eligibility is tracked separately for each package and account. Activating, deactivating, restarting or changing packages does not allow the same package’s bonus to be granted repeatedly within 30 days. If the same package is reactivated earlier, a new payment does not guarantee a new bonus; eligibility is shown before confirmation.
- For Studios, the bonus is granted to the purchasing Studio account, not separately to each sub-account or model. Credits may be allocated to models under the Studio account rules.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or goods outside the Service, and cannot be sold, transferred or gifted between accounts, except for allocation between a Studio and the Users registered under its account, as described in Section 5.2.
- Credit balances and their use are recorded in your Credits History. Our records are decisive except in the case of manifest error.
- Credits do not expire. Unused Credits, including bonus Credits, are carried over from one 30-day period to the next and remain in your account for as long as your account is active. They are never lost at the end of a 30-day period.
- If your account is closed, whether by you or by us for breach of these Terms, unused Credits are cancelled without refund or transfer, as described in Section 18.
- Welcome bonus. Every new Independent User (model) account receives a one-time welcome bonus of 90 Credits (= 3 Tips Battles), added after the account has been activated through the email activation link.
- The welcome bonus is granted once per new account and once per person, only to Independent User (model) accounts. Studio accounts and models registered as sub-accounts under a Studio account do not receive the welcome bonus.
- We may grant the welcome bonus only once per device or person and may check this to prevent abuse.
- Referral programme.
- Who can take part. The referral programme is available only to Independent User (model) accounts. Each eligible account has a personal referral code and link (streamgts.com/register?ref=CODE) in its dashboard. Studio accounts and models registered as sub-accounts under a Studio account are not eligible: they have no referral code and receive no referral rewards.
- Referral reward. The owner of the referral code receives 150 Credits (= 5 Tips Battles) for each new model account that signs up with a valid referral code, activates its account through the email activation link and completes its first live stream through StreamGTS on a connected Platform. The reward is credited after that first stream; no reward is given for accounts that never go live.
- No stacking. The new account receives only the welcome bonus of 90 Credits; the referral reward of 150 Credits goes only to the code owner. Bonuses are not combined on the same account.
- The referral code must be entered at sign-up (it is filled in automatically when the referral link is used) and cannot be added later. You cannot use your own referral code or refer yourself, including through another account.
- No limit. There is no limit on the number of models you can invite: you receive 150 Credits for every eligible new model, under the conditions above. We may introduce a limit for future referrals by giving notice under Section 23; rewards already earned are not affected.
- If a model who has earned referral Credits later becomes a sub-account under a Studio, the Credits already earned remain in their balance, but their referral code is deactivated from the moment of the transfer and no further referral rewards are earned.
- The referrer’s dashboard shows the number of models who signed up with the code and the Credits earned, without revealing the new users’ personal data.
- Rules for all bonus Credits. Welcome, referral and recurring-payment package bonus Credits do not expire, can be used for any Paid Option, have no cash value, and cannot be refunded, converted into money or transferred. We may refuse, cancel or remove bonus Credits obtained through duplicate, fake or automated accounts, self-referral, or any other abuse or breach of these Terms, and may suspend the accounts involved.
11. Refunds and right of withdrawal
11.1 Consumers in the European Union
If you are a consumer, you normally have a right to withdraw from an online contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content, such as Credits, this right is lost once the Credits are delivered to your account with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal (in Romania, Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, Art. 16). At checkout, we ask for this consent and acknowledgement. If you do not give it, the Credits will be delivered only after the 14-day period ends.
11.2 Business users
Most Creators/Models and Studios use StreamGTS in the course of their professional activity (for example as a PFA, sole trader or company). Business users do not benefit from the consumer right of withdrawal.
11.3 Refunds only for technical payment errors
Credits purchases are final and non-refundable, including for unused Credits. Because Credits never expire and stay in your account, you can always use them later. A refund in money is given only in the case of a technical payment error, namely where:
- you were charged twice, or charged an incorrect amount, because of a technical error in our system or the payment process;
- you were charged but the Credits were not added to your account, and we cannot add them within a reasonable time.
To report a payment error, contact us within 30 days of the charge at support@streamgts.com, with the transaction details. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Any statutory right that cannot be excluded by contract remains unaffected.
11.4 Technical errors in the App
If a Paid Option you paid for with Credits does not work, or does not work as described, because of a technical error in the App, you can report it to us. Once we have checked the report and the error is confirmed, we return the full value of that Paid Option, in Credits, to your account balance. Compensation for errors in the App is given in Credits, not in money.
- Report the error within a maximum of 48 hours from the moment it occurred (for example from the end of the battle, Game or session concerned) through the issue reporting form or at support@streamgts.com, describing what happened and when, and attaching any useful details (screenshots, battle or session ID, App version).
- Reports received more than 48 hours after the error occurred cannot be verified reliably and are not eligible for Credits compensation.
- We check the report using the App and server logs and tell you the result, within a maximum of 7 calendar days from receiving your report.
- Errors caused by a Platform, your internet connection, your device or its settings, third-party software, or use of the App contrary to these Terms are not technical errors of the App.
12. Tips Battle, Games, Competitions and Interactive Toys
- Tips Battle™ – a StreamGTS service. Tips Battle is an interactive service made available by StreamGTS inside the App. Two Creators/Models who are live at the same time, each on their own Platform, face each other in a split-screen duel shown to both audiences; the Creator/Model whose audience tips more during the battle wins. A Creator/Model picks an opponent in the App and sends a challenge, and the battle starts when the challenge is accepted and both Creators/Models are logged into StreamGTS and live. Each battle lasts 15 minutes, tips are converted into Battle Points according to the rules shown in the App, and results, Battle Points and rankings are displayed in the App and on competition pages. Taking part in Tips Battle is a Paid Option that costs 30 Credits per participant per battle, as described below. Scores are calculated from tip and token data reported by the Platforms. If a Platform reports incomplete or delayed data, or a technical failure occurs, we may void, re-score or replay a battle. Our determination of results, made in good faith, is final.
- How Tips Battle works.
- Choosing an opponent. The App has a dedicated list of Creators/Models available for battles, from which any User can choose an opponent and send a challenge.
- Availability settings. Each User decides who can challenge them: they can set their status to “Open for Battles”, so that they appear in the list and can be challenged by any User, or choose to accept battles only from a private list of Users they have selected. A User can change these settings at any time. A User is listed in the “Open for Battles” section only while they have at least 30 Credits available in their account; if their balance drops below 30 Credits, they are automatically removed from the list until they top up their Credits.
- Cost per battle. Each battle costs 30 Credits for each participant: the User who sends the challenge pays 30 Credits, and the User who accepts the challenge also pays 30 Credits.
- When Credits are deducted. Credits are deducted from both Users’ balances only when the battle starts. Sending a challenge does not cost anything by itself. If the challenged User declines the challenge, or does not accept it, or the battle does not start for any other reason, no Credits are deducted from either User. Each User must have at least 30 Credits available when the battle starts.
- Side-by-side image (co-hosting). During a Tips Battle, StreamGTS joins the images and live sessions of the two opponents, creating a side-by-side image (co-hosting view), so that the audience of each Creator/Model sees both Creators/Models at the same time. By sending or accepting a challenge, each Creator/Model agrees that their live image is shown in the opponent’s room for the duration of the battle. The opponents’ live images are combined in real time only to create the side-by-side view; they are not recorded or stored by StreamGTS.
- Login requirement. To take part in a battle, each Creator/Model must be logged into the streaming Platform with their own model/creator account, and logged into StreamGTS, for the whole duration of the battle.
- No geo-blocking during battles. To host or take part in a battle, a Creator/Model must not have any country, region or city blocked (geo-blocking) in their model/creator account on the Platform. Because each Creator/Model’s live image is shown in the opponent’s room, which may be visible in any location, a Creator/Model who keeps location restrictions active cannot start or accept battles. If a Creator/Model wants to protect their privacy by blocking certain locations, they should not use Tips Battle while such restrictions are active. StreamGTS may check this condition and may refuse, stop or void a battle if it is not met.
- Public chat only, no private shows. Battles are organised only in public chat or in the free chat modes available on each Platform, depending on the Platform. Private, exclusive, spy, ticket/group or other paid private shows are not allowed during a battle. If a Creator/Model enters a private or paid show during a battle, StreamGTS may stop or void the battle, and the Credits used for it are not returned.
- Duration and counting. Each Tips Battle lasts 15 minutes from the moment it starts. Every tip (tokens, credits or the Platform’s equivalent unit) offered by users on the Platform where the battle takes place during those 15 minutes is counted for the Creator/Model who receives it.
- Tipping happens in each Creator/Model’s own room. In this section, a “viewer” means a member (user) of the Platform on which the Creator/Model is logged in and broadcasting; viewers are users of the Platforms, not of StreamGTS, and tip under their own Platform account and the Platform’s rules. Although viewers see both Creators/Models side by side, a viewer can tip a Creator/Model only from inside that Creator/Model’s room, on the Platform where that Creator/Model is logged in. A viewer cannot tip the opponent from the room they are in; to support the opponent, the viewer must go to the opponent’s room, on the opponent’s Platform, as a member of that Platform. Each Creator/Model is credited only with the tips received in their own room.
- Winner. The winner is the Creator/Model who collects the most tips within the 15-minute interval. In case of a tie, no winner is declared.
- Platform moderation. As stated in item 9 below, StreamGTS is not responsible for the moderation rules of the Platforms. During a battle, each Creator/Model is solely responsible for complying with the rules of their Platform, including the rules on co-streaming or showing other people on camera.
- After the start. Once a battle has started, the Credits are used and are not returned, except where the battle is interrupted by a confirmed technical error of the App, in which case Section 11.4 applies.
- One Platform at a time. Games and Paid Options are used separately on each Platform: you launch the option you want, as offered by StreamGTS, for a specific Platform where you are live. A Tips Battle is organised on one Platform at a time: when you start or accept a battle, you choose the Platform on which it runs, and only tips received on that Platform count. The same battle cannot run simultaneously on several Platforms, and tips received on other Platforms during the battle are not counted. If you want to use an option on another Platform, you launch it separately for that Platform, at its own Credit price.
- Tips are voluntary. Viewers tip on the Platforms under the Platforms’ own rules. StreamGTS does not collect, hold or distribute tips. Creators/Models must not pressure viewers with misleading claims or incentivise tipping in ways prohibited by a Platform.
- Fair play. You must not manipulate results, including by self-tipping, using paid or coordinated fake tippers, colluding with an opponent, refunding or reversing tips, using multiple accounts or exploiting bugs. We may disqualify, reset scores, withhold rewards and suspend accounts involved in such conduct.
- Games. The Games made available in StreamGTS are purely entertainment features, designed to entertain the Creator/Model and the viewers on the Platforms where a Game can be started. They are not games of chance or gambling within the meaning of gambling laws and do not require a gambling licence: no wager of money is placed through StreamGTS, StreamGTS does not collect stakes, does not pay winnings in money and does not offer gambling services. Rewards inside Games, if any, are limited to Credits, Battle Points, badges or other in-app benefits unless separate official rules state otherwise. Any interaction of viewers with a Game (for example through tips on a Platform) takes place on the Platform, under the Platform’s rules.
- Interactive toys (Lovense, HoneyPlayBox, Kiiroo and others). Creators/Models can use interactive toys, such as those made by Lovense, HoneyPlayBox or Kiiroo, through the integrations built into StreamGTS via the APIs provided by these manufacturers. This integration is offered by default as a convenience feature of the App. The toys, their apps, software, accounts and APIs are products and services of the respective manufacturers, provided under their own terms and privacy policies. StreamGTS does not manufacture, sell or control these devices and is not responsible for the functioning, availability, changes or interruptions of the APIs provided by Lovense, HoneyPlayBox, Kiiroo or any other manufacturer, nor for the operation, safety or malfunction of the devices themselves. Creators/Models use interactive toys at their own choice and responsibility, must follow the manufacturer’s instructions and safety guidance, and must comply with each Platform’s rules on the use of interactive toys. Problems with a toy, its app or its API are not technical errors of the App under Section 11.4, unless the error is shown to be caused by StreamGTS’s own integration. Nothing in this item limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- Tokens and earnings belong to the Creator/Model. StreamGTS does not take, retain or charge any share of the tokens, tips, credits or earnings that Creators/Models receive on the Platforms, including tips received during Tips Battle or Games. These are processed and paid exclusively by the Platforms, under the Creator/Model’s agreement with each Platform, and StreamGTS is not responsible for them.
- Platform moderation rules. StreamGTS is not responsible for the content, moderation rules or policies of the Platforms. Creators/Models are solely and exclusively responsible, in their relationship with each Platform, for complying with that Platform’s moderation rules, content rules and terms, including when using Tips Battle, Games or any other StreamGTS feature, and for any warning, penalty or suspension applied by a Platform.
- Competitions and tipsbattle.com. StreamGTS organises Tips Battle competitions, such as the Tips Battle World Championship and seasonal cups. The official competition page is tipsbattle.com, operated by StreamGTS, where registrations, official rules, leaderboards, participants and results for each edition are published. Each competition is governed by its own official rules. If those rules conflict with these Terms, the official rules prevail for that competition. Cash prizes, where offered, are paid only under the official rules and subject to identity verification.
- Taxes on prizes. Prizes won in the Tips Battle World Championship or in any other competition organised by StreamGTS may be subject to tax for the winner. The winner or beneficiary of the prize is solely responsible for declaring the prize income and paying any taxes, contributions or duties due in their country of tax residence. StreamGTS does not withhold any amount for taxes from prizes and pays the full prize amount, except where withholding at source is expressly required by applicable law, in which case we will withhold and pay the amount required by law and provide the winner with the corresponding tax certificate. StreamGTS does not provide tax advice; winners should consult their own tax adviser.
- Public display. Battle results, rankings, stage names, room links and profile images you choose to show may be displayed publicly in the App, on the Website and on competition pages.
- Tips Battle™ trademark and exclusive licence. Tips Battle™ is owned by and offered exclusively by Adrian Florin Ionescu, as holder of the European Union trade mark registered with the EUIPO under EUID no. 018563566, with the concept documented by WIPO PROOF token no. WDTS-PC-00002263. The holder has granted StreamGTS, and through it AFI LCM AGENCY S.R.L. as operator of StreamGTS, the exclusive right to use Tips Battle™. No other app, platform, studio or person is authorised to offer a service under the Tips Battle name or to copy its format. Nothing in these Terms grants Users any right to use the Tips Battle™ name, logo or format outside the Service.

14. Your content
You keep all rights to your broadcasts, stage name, images, overlays, logos and other materials you use with the Service (“Your Content”). You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm you have all rights and consents needed to use it.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and transmit Your Content in real time, without recording or storing your broadcasts, only to the extent needed to operate the Service (including the side-by-side view during Tips Battle), and to display your stage name, profile image, room link and battle results in rankings, leaderboards and competition pages. For marketing outside the Service (for example social media promotion featuring you), we will ask for your separate consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.
15. Our intellectual property
The Service, including the App, source code, design, layouts, graphics, text, the StreamGTS name and logo, and all related intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to us and our partners, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of these rights to you. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.
16. Beta features and updates
Some features may be offered as “beta”, “preview” or “early access”. They may be incomplete, contain bugs, change or be withdrawn at any time, and are provided without any warranty. We may release updates automatically or require you to install them to keep using the App. Older versions may stop working.
17. Community, Telegram, Discord and third-party links
You can follow our Telegram channel @streamgts to be informed about news, updates, battles and competitions, or join our Discord server. Joining is optional. These community spaces are subject to their own rules and to the terms of the providers (Telegram and Discord Inc.). The Service may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
18. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Service and close (delete) your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Closing your account terminates the contract between you and us under these Terms, from the moment the closure is completed.
- Credits on account closure. When you close your account, any remaining Credits, including bonus Credits, are permanently cancelled. They are not refunded, cannot be converted into money, and cannot be transferred to another account or person, including through a chargeback or payment dispute. Before the closure is completed, the App or dashboard shows your remaining Credits balance and asks you to confirm that you understand these Credits will be lost. A closed account and its Credits cannot be restored.
- We may suspend or terminate your account, remove access to features, withhold competition rewards or forfeit Credits, with or without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law or by a competent authority, if a Platform reports serious misconduct, or if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or other Users. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you an opportunity to respond.
- We may discontinue the Service or any part of it by giving you at least 30 days’ notice, so that you can use your remaining Credits.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 8, 10, 12 items 11 and 13, 14, 15, 19–22 and 24) will survive.
19. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not guarantee any level of audience, tips, earnings, rankings or Platform exposure. Results depend on many factors outside our control. Nothing in this Section limits the legal guarantees of conformity that consumers have under mandatory law.
20. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, earnings, tips, audience, data, goodwill or Platform accounts, arising from or related to the Service;
- we are not liable for acts or omissions of Platforms, payment providers, interactive toy manufacturers, advertisers, Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp or other third parties, or for interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure);
- our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
21. Indemnification
If you use the Service in a professional capacity, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AFI LCM AGENCY S.R.L., its partners, directors, employees and contractors from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your breach of these Terms, your breach of a Platform’s terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including any claim by a performer you manage.
22. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be settled amicably wherever possible; please contact us first. Failing an amicable solution, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Timișoara, Romania.
If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Consumers in Romania may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) and use its Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) service.
23. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, the law or our business. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you by email and/or by push notification in the App at least 15 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Service and stop buying Credits before the changes apply. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
24. General provisions
- Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the packages and prices shown in the App and dashboard at the time of purchase, and any official competition rules form the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
- Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
- Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganisation, transfer of the business or to an affiliated entity, provided your rights are not reduced.
- Language. These Terms are drafted in English. Any translation is provided for convenience; the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
- Electronic communications. You agree to receive notices from us electronically, through push notifications in the App and by email, including notices about updates and changes to these Terms, the Privacy Policy or the Cookie Policy. With your consent given in the dashboard, we may also contact you through other channels you have provided, such as phone, Telegram or WhatsApp. You can activate or deactivate marketing messages and notifications by email and other channels in your dashboard; essential service messages are always sent. Details are in Section 13 of our Privacy Policy.
