1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is AFI LCM AGENCY S.R.L., a Romanian company with Trade Register number J2016002057355, CUI RO36316951, and registered office at Str. Bârzava nr. 11, Dumbrăvița 307160, Timiș County, Romania (“StreamGTS”, “we”, “us”).
AFI LCM AGENCY S.R.L. processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO). The DPO designation was notified to the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) and registered under General Register no. 32506 of 06.10.2026.
For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, write to support@streamgts.com. You can also contact our Data Protection Officer directly at support@streamgts.com (subject: “DPO”) or by post at our registered office, marked “For the attention of the DPO”.
2. Scope
StreamGTS is a multi-streaming software tool, not a live cam or live streaming platform: it takes the images and sound provided by the Creator/Model on their own computer and redistributes the live stream to the Platforms they choose. Viewers watch, chat and tip on the Platforms, not on StreamGTS.
This Policy applies to personal data processed when you visit streamgts.com, create an account, use the dashboard, download and use the StreamGTS desktop App, take part in Tips Battle, Games or competitions, buy Credits, contact support, or join our community channels. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Service.
It does not apply to third-party streaming Platforms (such as Chaturbate, Stripchat, MyFreeCams, BongaCams, CamSoda or the Platforms used through the StreamGTS Video virtual camera), payment providers, interactive toy manufacturers (such as Lovense, HoneyPlayBox or Kiiroo), Discord, Telegram or WhatsApp. They process your data under their own privacy policies.
3. Data we collect
3.1 Data you give us
We keep the data we ask for to a minimum. To open an Independent User account you only need an active email address (Studio accounts provide the additional details listed below). We send an activation link to that address, and the account must be activated through that link before you can use the Service. Without activation, the Service cannot be used. We use your email address to activate and secure your account, let you log in and recover access, and send you service messages.
- Required account data: your email address and the password you choose (stored only in encrypted, hashed form).
- Optional data: we may ask you for additional information, which you are free to give or not, such as a phone number (also for WhatsApp), your Discord username or your Telegram username, for example to contact you faster about support, battles or competitions. You can also add a stage name, profile picture or short bio. Not providing optional data does not prevent you from using the Service.
- Studio / Agency account data (required for Studio accounts): the Studio or agency name; company billing details (company name, registered address, registration number, VAT/tax number); and the name, phone number and contact email address of the person designated by the Studio as its contact. We use these data to open and manage the Studio account, issue invoices and communicate with the Studio. We also process the stage names and account data of the sub-accounts the Studio manages.
- Platform connection data: your usernames on the Platforms you connect. We do not collect, store or transmit your Platform passwords: you enter them directly on each Platform’s own login page, and any login session the Platform creates is kept only locally on your device.
- Billing data: transaction details needed to issue your invoice or proof of payment and, only if you choose to receive an invoice on your business for tax deduction, your company or business name, registered address, registration number and VAT/tax number. Card data is entered directly with our payment provider, Stripe; we receive only a token, the card type and last four digits.
- Bonus and referral data: whether you received the welcome bonus; your personal referral code; the referral code used at your sign-up (if any) and the link between your account and the referrer’s account; whether the referred account has completed its first live stream (the condition for the referral reward); and the number of referral rewards earned. A referrer sees only the number of models who joined with their code and the Credits earned, not who they are.
- Competition data: when you enter a competition with cash prizes, the identity, payout and tax information needed to pay the prize lawfully.
- Communications: messages, attachments and bug reports you send through support forms, email, Discord, Telegram or WhatsApp.
3.2 Data collected automatically
- App and device data: App version, Windows version (Windows 10 or 11), hardware information relevant to streaming performance (such as CPU/GPU model and encoder settings), crash reports and error logs.
- Usage data: features used, session start and end times, layout and settings choices, Credits purchases and usage, Tips Battle participation, and interaction events inside the App and dashboard (including impressions and clicks on advertising banners, counted in aggregate).
- Network data: IP address, approximate location derived from it (country/region), and timestamps, used for security, fraud prevention and licence validation.
- Website data: pages visited, referrer, browser type and cookie identifiers (see Section 12).
3.3 Data received from Platforms
When you connect a Platform and use features such as Tips Battle, the App receives data the Platform makes available for your room, for example room status (online/offline), tip and token events, token totals during a battle, and viewer counts. Tip events may include the public username of the tipper on that Platform; we use it only to show it in your live overlay and battle statistics, and we do not build profiles of viewers. [To confirm: exact data fields received.]
3.4 Broadcast content
Your video and audio are processed on your own device by the App and sent directly to the Platforms you choose. StreamGTS does not record your live sessions, video or audio, and does not store, view or listen to your broadcasts on our servers or anywhere else. During a Tips Battle, the live images of the two opponents are combined in real time to create the side-by-side (co-hosting) view, so each Creator/Model’s live image is shown in the opponent’s room for the duration of the battle. This happens only live, at the Creators/Models’ request when they send or accept a challenge, and the images are not recorded or stored by StreamGTS. Apart from this, your broadcast content is never shared by us with anyone.
3.5 Interactive toys
If you connect an interactive toy (for example Lovense, HoneyPlayBox or Kiiroo) through the integration in the App, the App exchanges with the manufacturer’s API only the technical data needed to make the toy work during your session, such as the connection status and the commands triggered by tips. This data is processed by the manufacturer under its own privacy policy. StreamGTS does not use toy data to build profiles and does not keep it beyond what is technically necessary for the session and for troubleshooting logs.
3.6 Telegram and Discord channels
You can follow our Telegram channel @streamgts to stay informed about news, updates, battles and competitions, or join our Discord server. Joining these channels is optional. When you do, Telegram and Discord process your data under their own privacy policies, and your username and messages may be visible to other members. We only see the information those services make visible to channel administrators, and we do not combine it with your StreamGTS account unless you give us your username yourself.
4. Why we use your data and legal bases
| Purpose | Data used | Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6) |
|---|---|---|

| Non-essential website cookies and analytics | Cookie identifiers, website data | Consent – Art. 6(1)(a) |
| Comply with legal requests, establish or defend legal claims, enforce our Terms | Any relevant data | Legal obligation – Art. 6(1)(c); legitimate interest – Art. 6(1)(f) |
Where we rely on legitimate interest, we have balanced our interests against your rights. You can object at any time (see Section 11).
5. Discretion and sensitive data
Because StreamGTS is used by Creators/Models working in adult live streaming, the mere fact that someone uses the Service may reveal information about their professional activity that they consider private, and in some cases may indirectly relate to data about sex life protected under Article 9 GDPR. We do not ask for, and do not want to receive, such data beyond what is inherent in providing the Service. To protect you we:
- let you use a stage name, and never publish your legal name, email, address or billing details;
- show a neutral descriptor on invoices and card statements [confirm: e.g. “AFI LCM AGENCY” or “StreamGTS Software”];
- restrict internal access to account data to staff who need it;
- process any such data only as necessary to provide the Service you requested and, where Article 9 applies, on the basis of your explicit consent given at registration (Art. 9(2)(a)) or because you have manifestly made the information public through your Platform profile (Art. 9(2)(e)).
We collect identity documents only where strictly necessary, for example to verify age when there is doubt, or to pay a cash prize. Such documents are kept securely and deleted once no longer needed.
6. What is visible publicly
Some information is visible to other Users or the public by design: your stage name, profile picture, bio, Platform room links you choose to display, Tips Battle results, Battle Points, rankings, badges and competition standings. You control your profile fields from your dashboard. Results of past battles and competitions may remain in historical rankings.
7. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers (processors): software development and maintenance partners, hosting and cloud infrastructure [provider], email delivery [provider], crash reporting and analytics [provider], and customer support tools. They act only on our instructions.
- Payment provider: Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland, and its affiliates), which processes payments and acts as an independent controller for fraud prevention and legal compliance, under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy).
- Platforms: when you connect a Platform, the App exchanges data with it to provide the feature you use (for example reading tip events). Platforms process data under their own policies.
- Other Users: public profile and battle information described in Section 6; your opponent in a Tips Battle and the opponent’s viewers, who see your live image in real time during the battle; and, for Users registered under a Studio account, the Studio managing that account, which can see the User’s stage name, account status, allocated Credits, Credits spending and battle results.
- Interactive toy manufacturers: if you connect a toy (for example Lovense, HoneyPlayBox or Kiiroo), the technical data described in Section 3.5 is exchanged with the manufacturer’s API.
- Advertisers: only aggregated, anonymous statistics about their banners (such as impressions and clicks); never your personal data.
- Professional advisers: accountants, auditors and lawyers, under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities: courts, law enforcement, tax and regulatory authorities, where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Users or others, including reports concerning suspected child sexual abuse material or human trafficking.
- Business transfers: a buyer, investor or successor in a merger, acquisition or reorganisation, subject to this Policy.
8. International transfers
We store and process data primarily in the European Economic Area. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies) or Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional measures where needed. You can ask us for a copy of the relevant safeguards.
9. How long we keep data
| Data | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Account, profile and settings | While your account is active; deleted or anonymised within 30 days after account deletion, except as listed below |
| Invoices, payments and accounting records | As required by Romanian accounting and tax law (generally up to 10 years from the end of the financial year) |
| Battle results and rankings | While your account is active; afterwards historical rankings are kept with your stage name or anonymised |
| Competition prize and payout records | As required by tax law and for limitation periods for legal claims |
| Identity documents (if collected) | Deleted once verification is complete, unless needed for a legal obligation |
| Support communications | Up to 3 years after the request is closed |
| Security and server logs | Up to 12 months |
| Crash reports and diagnostics | Up to 24 months |
| Marketing consent and preferences | Until you withdraw consent, plus proof of consent for up to 3 years |
| Data about suspended accounts for fraud or abuse | Up to 3 years after termination, to prevent re-registration and defend claims |
10. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, access controls, least-privilege staff access, and regular updates. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong unique password and keep your device secure. If a personal data breach is likely to result in a high risk to you, we will notify you without undue delay, as required by law.
11. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data and receive a copy;
- rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erase your data (“right to be forgotten”), subject to legal retention obligations;
- restrict processing in certain cases;
- data portability – receive data you provided in a structured, machine-readable format;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest, and at any time to direct marketing;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (see Section 19).
To exercise your rights, email support@streamgts.com from the address linked to your account, or use the settings in your dashboard. We answer within one month, which may be extended by two further months for complex requests. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
12. Cookies and similar technologies
Full details about the cookies we use, their duration and how to manage them are available in our Cookie Policy.
The Website uses:
- Strictly necessary cookies for login sessions, security and remembering your cookie choices. These do not require consent.
- Analytics cookies to understand how the Website is used [e.g. Google Analytics / Plausible], only with your consent.
- Marketing cookies, if any, only with your consent.
You can accept, refuse or change your choices at any time through our cookie banner or settings [link], and through your browser settings. The desktop App stores settings and session tokens locally on your device to keep you logged in and remember your preferences.
13. Communications, notifications and marketing
13.1 How we contact you
- In-app push notifications. All notifications related to the Service (for example challenges, battle results, Credits, updates and important notices) are delivered inside the StreamGTS App through push notifications.
- Email. We may send you messages by email to the address linked to your account, including information about updates, and changes to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy or Cookie Policy.
- Other channels, with your consent. Once you give your consent in the dashboard, we may also contact you through any channel you have provided to us, such as email, phone (call or SMS), Telegram or WhatsApp, depending on the information you chose to give. We use only the channels for which you have provided contact details and given your consent.
13.2 Your choices in the dashboard
Your dashboard contains settings to activate or deactivate messages by email and through the other channels, separately for:
- advertising and marketing messages (newsletters, offers, promotions, competitions) – sent only if you have opted in, and you can switch them off at any time;
- notifications about your account and activity (for example battle invitations, results or Credits alerts).
Every marketing email also contains an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent for any channel at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect messages already sent.
13.3 Essential service messages
Some messages are necessary for the contract and the law and are sent regardless of your marketing settings: security alerts, account activation and recovery, invoices and payment confirmations, and notices about changes to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy or Cookie Policy. These are sent through the App and/or by email.
13.4 Legal basis
Marketing messages and contact through additional channels (phone, Telegram, WhatsApp) are based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); Romanian Law no. 506/2004), and email marketing to existing customers about similar StreamGTS services may also be based on our legitimate interest, with an easy opt-out. Essential service messages are based on the performance of the contract and our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)). When you contact or are contacted through Telegram or WhatsApp, those providers also process data under their own privacy policies.
13.5 Advertising in the App and dashboard
StreamGTS may display advertising banners and sponsored content from partner companies inside the App and in the dashboards. We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with advertisers. Ads are shown on a contextual basis (for example according to the section of the App or dashboard, language or general country) and are not based on profiling of your behaviour, unless you have given your separate consent for personalised advertising in the dashboard. Advertisers may receive only aggregated, anonymous statistics (such as the number of impressions or clicks). If you click on an ad, you leave StreamGTS and the advertiser’s own privacy policy applies.
14. Automated decisions
We use automated systems to calculate battle scores and rankings and to flag suspicious activity such as fraud or cheating. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you solely by automated means. Any suspension resulting from fraud detection is reviewed by a person, and you may contest it by contacting us.
15. Minors
The Service is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has created an account, we will close it, delete the data except where retention is required to protect the minor or comply with law, and may notify the competent authorities. If you believe a minor is using StreamGTS, contact support@streamgts.com immediately.
16. Studios as controllers
When a Studio enters data about performers or staff into the Service, the Studio is the controller of that data and is responsible for having a lawful basis and for informing the people concerned. For the processing we carry out on that data to provide the Studio features, we act as the Studio’s processor [optional: under our Data Processing Addendum, available on request]. Performers can contact us directly, and we will forward or help with requests as appropriate.
17. Notice for US residents
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under US state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. Depending on your state, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete and port your personal information and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. You can exercise these rights using the contact details in Section 19.
18. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will publish the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you by email and/or by push notification in the App before they take effect.
