1. Who we are
The Website streamgts.com and the StreamGTS multi-streaming App are operated by AFI LCM AGENCY S.R.L., Trade Register no. J2016002057355, CUI RO36316951, registered office at Str. Bârzava nr. 11, Dumbrăvița 307160, Timiș County, Romania (“StreamGTS”, “we”, “us”). You can contact us, including our Data Protection Officer, at support@streamgts.com.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your browser or device when you visit it. They allow the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login, language or cookie choices) for a period of time. “Similar technologies” include local storage, session storage, pixels and SDKs that store or read information on your device in a comparable way. In this Policy, “cookies” covers all of them.
- Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them.
- First-party cookies are set by streamgts.com; third-party cookies are set by another domain, such as our payment provider.

We do not use cookies to identify which Platforms you broadcast on outside the Service, and we do not sell information collected through cookies.

5. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties whose services we use:
- Stripe (payments) – see Stripe’s Cookie Policy.
- [Analytics provider] – only if you consent to analytics cookies.
- Embedded content – if a page embeds content from Discord, Telegram, YouTube or similar services, those providers may set their own cookies when you interact with that content. We load such content only after your consent, where required.
Advertising banners. The Website dashboards may display advertising banners from partner companies. Where a banner is served by a third party that sets cookies or similar technologies (for example to count impressions or clicks, or for personalised advertising), these are treated as marketing cookies and are used only with your consent. Without consent, banners are shown without such cookies.
These providers process data under their own privacy and cookie policies. We do not control the cookies they set.
6. The StreamGTS desktop App
The desktop App for Windows does not use browser cookies for tracking. It stores on your own computer only the information it needs to work: your App settings and layouts, your notification settings, your StreamGTS login session, the login sessions created by the Platforms when you log in to them through the App, and the connection settings of any interactive toy you link (for example Lovense, HoneyPlayBox or Kiiroo). Advertising banners shown inside the App are displayed without tracking cookies, unless you have consented to personalised advertising. StreamGTS does not save your Platform passwords, and the Platform login sessions stay only on your device. You can clear this data by logging out of the App and the Platforms, or by uninstalling the App. Crash reports and diagnostic data sent by the App are described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Your consent and choices
When you first visit streamgts.com, a cookie banner lets you accept all, reject all non-essential or choose by category. Non-essential cookies (preferences, analytics and marketing) are set only after you give your consent. Rejecting them does not prevent you from using the Website or the Service.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the Website footer [link]. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of the use of cookies before withdrawal.
8. Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you view, block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from logging in or completing a purchase. Help pages for common browsers:
9. Legal basis and personal data
We use strictly necessary cookies on the basis of our legitimate interest and the need to provide the Service you requested, as allowed by Romanian Law no. 506/2004 on electronic communications privacy (implementing the ePrivacy Directive). All other cookies are used only with your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Where cookies collect personal data, such as an IP address or an online identifier, we process it as described in our Privacy Policy, where you can also find your rights under the GDPR and how to contact the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP).
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the cookies we use or when the law changes. The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and for material changes we will inform you by email and/or by push notification in the App. If we add new categories of non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent again.
